Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
• Loose or lost accent stones (below 0.20 carat)
• Prong tightening, re-polishing, and cleaning services
• Rhodium coating (for white gold jewelry)
• Inspection and maintenance guidance anytime you need

What’s Not Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)
• Theft, loss, or damage resulting from mishandling
• Any jewelry that has been resized or altered by another jeweler
• Custom design or modification errors after final approval by the customer

Additional Terms

To maintain transparency and fairness, please note:

• Custom Changes are chargeable and not covered under free replacement or return.
• Resizing up to 2 US sizes is free of cost.
• Above 2 US sizes, resizing will be chargeable based on the design and metal weight.
• Shipping Costs:
• The customer bears the shipping cost when sending the jewelry to KRK Jewels for inspection or repair.
• Return shipping (from KRK Jewels back to the customer) is free of charge.
• Before sending your ring or requesting changes, you must discuss the issue with our team at krkjewels130294@gmail.com.

How to Claim Your Warranty

2. Inspection & Approval
• Our team will review the case to confirm whether it qualifies for free repair under warranty.
3. Repair or Replacement
• If eligible, we’ll repair or replace the jewelry at no cost (excluding customer shipping).
• For non-warranty issues, our team will provide a fair estimate before proceeding.
