What are Moissanite ?
Moissanite is a gemstone known for its brilliant sparkle, durability, and affordability. Originally discovered in a meteor crater by scientist Henri Moissan in 1893, natural moissanite is extremely rare. Today, moissanite used in jewelry is lab-created, making it an ethical and eco-friendly alternative to diamonds.
It looks very similar to a diamond but has even more fire (rainbow-like flashes of light). It’s nearly as hard as a diamond, making it perfect for daily wear—especially in engagement rings and fine jewelry.
Durability :
Moissanite is one of the hardest gemstones used in jewelry. On the Mohs scale of hardness, it scores 9.25, just below diamonds (which score 10). This makes Moissanite highly resistant to scratches, chips, and everyday wear—perfect for rings, earrings, and daily-use jewelry.

Moissanites are available in a range of color grades, typically:
Colorless (D–F) – Closest to high-grade diamonds in appearance.
