Our policy lasts 4 weeks. You can ask for a refund within 3 weeks post-delivery.
If 3 weeks go since delivery, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

As in all Customized or Personalized order or Engraving on any jewelry do cannot return or exchanged, as they are specially make on request for you on order basis.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by krkjewels.com ( please inform us on krkjewels130294@gmail.com, before shipping back the jewelry or loose moissanite or lab grown diamonds)
You responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
